This is a great opportunity to connect with the trainer, ask questions, and discuss in detail your particular goals & history. This will ensure you select the most suitable service for your needs. The trainer will then have the necessary information to create a personalized plan for you to achieve optimal results. Note: $25 consultation fee is deducted from the price of your actual service ------------- SERVICES: consultation, fitness training, sport training, corporate training, boot camp, program design, nutritional management, testing/assessments, fitness therapy, health & wellness coaching OBJECTIVES: weight loss, weight gain, body sculpting, strength & conditioning, yoga & pilates, flexibility, aerobics, sport training (endurance, agility, speed, power, coordination, balance, mobility, physics of skills), health & wellness LOCATION: Zoom Online Training or In-Home Training SIZE: Individual (1 client), partner (2 clients), or group (3+ clients) *SPECIAL POPULATIONS: athletes, individuals with medical ailments, pregnant & postpartum women, children, senior citizens, and more!

Cancellation Policy

We value your business and ask that you respect our business scheduling policies. Please notify us within 12 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule. Any cancellations with less than a 12 hour notice is subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service.
